Woman are the sole or primary decision makers in 91% of new home purchases.  If you want to sell more homes, you’ve got to know what makes a home woman-centric?  How is it designed differently?  How are options and upgrades approached differently?  What does a woman-centric customer experience look like?  How does a woman-centric sales and marketing approach accomplish more without spending more?

Discover the answers to these questions and more by attending this upcoming Woman-Centric Home Building seminar.

Bio—  Paul Foresman is Vice President/Director of Business Development for Design Basics, one of America’s largest home plan design firms.  For the past eight years, their focus has been to continually evolve their understanding women’s preferences in new homes.  Paul helps builders integrate a woman-centric approach in all facets of their companies.
